Open now. Our Google listing shows open 24 hours, 7 days a week, so you can call at any time. We are based in Charleston and serve the surrounding areas, listed on our service areas page. We are a service-area business, so we come to you. There is no storefront and no public street address.

What to have ready when you call

• Your address, or the nearest crossroads
• What the system is doing, and when it started
• Whether a breaker tripped or you see water or ice
• The system's age, if you know it
• The model number from the plate, if you can reach it safely

If you smell gas

Do not try to find the leak. Leave the building right away, and do not use switches or start anything on the way out. From outside, call your gas utility or 911. Call us about the equipment once they say the house is safe.
